While new eBikes enjoy a 3 day/10 mile return policy, we will process a return of most accessory items within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee. No returns on Demo or used bike purchases. All returns must be accompanied by your reciept, in like new condition and include ALL items included in the original sale.
